The "classic mediation" is composed of 5 phases.

However, I am free to design each  conflict coaching  individually and flexibly

- for individuals , for small and large groups

The 5 phases of mediation:

1  Safe frame

 

We clarify general conditions, place and time

As a professional BM® mediator, I create a secure framework that allows everyone to open up and be heard.

​

 

2   Conflict representation / collection of topics

 

Subjective perceptions are described, heard and not evaluated.

Topics are collected and selected.

​

3  Conflict illumination

​

With the help of creative techniques and playful methods, we expand our cognitive possibilities . Needs behind the positions put forward are illuminated. Real change of perspective and understanding can be experienced.

4  Solution options for mutual benefit

​

On this basis you have the opportunity to expand the pool of your possible solutions spectacularly. Beyond hardened demands and positions, you will develop tailor-made solution models confidentially, self-determinedly and autonomously.

 

 

5   Agreement

 

Balanced decisions and sustainable agreements gain a new dimension.

Without further escalation and/or expensive and lengthy legal proceedings, you can rearrange and regenerate your relationships.  Negative energies can be transformed into synergetic win-win solutions and anchored in binding agreements / contracts.
